Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for NZD 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for NZD 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ascotia Off Queen of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests enjoy 1GB of free WiFi. Car Park is limited and advance reservation is requested. Alternate parking options are available in nearby buildings. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. There is a 3.15% surcharge when you pay online with a credit or debit card. At the time of check-in, Ascotia Off Queen requires a refundable security bond of NZD 250 credit card pre authorization or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges. Please Note: Nonrefundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodations cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancelations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodations cost per room booked.
