Arrived at the hotel early and dropped luggage as had a couple of things to do. Bus was outside the hotel and went into town. Hotel had complete package with Buses out front, restaurants all around and town on front doorstep.

Beautiful clean room, had everything we needed. Easy parking, friendly staff, felt very safe, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. We will be back.

For the price paid cannot complain. Everything needed in room is provided, even a workbench with lamp. Comfortable bed, good shower and easy walk to civic area, k rd or further.

Location is great, top of Queen Street and close to K Road. Good range of restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the city from this hotel. Vey clean.

The accommodation was super clean,and very comfortable.The staff was also very friendly and they explained the facilities very well.I want to particularly mention Tarun who i had previously met last year around the same time was super friendly and ofkoz there was two ladies at check in,Nikka and Carla.not sure which one of them checked us in but she was amazing.

Extended night by night as our Dad was in hospital and we didn't know for how long. Asked for late check outs, used the luggage room as we thought we were leaving, then checked back in. Nothing ever felt a problem, and it was a calm, comforting and comfortable base away from home. Thank you Ascotia off Queen – especially your lovely Front of House people.
